We offer two main types of adult programming:
Multi-Session/Progressive Programs: These include Pro I, Pro II, and Pro III. These programs are designed to build skills over multiple sessions, progressing in difficulty and technique.
Single Sessions: These include Cardio Tennis (a high-energy workout on the court) and Mindful Play, which pairs tennis with a secondary wellness activity like Pilates, yoga, or sound meditation.

For tennis sessions, you’ll need:
A tennis racket
Water bottle
For Cardio Tennis, we also suggest a fitness or activity tracker.
For Mindful Play sessions, you’ll also need a yoga mat.
Don’t worry if you don’t have these items—they will be provided if needed.
