Program Policies

Attendance Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please review our attendance policy:

  1. No Refunds: Registration fees and ticket costs for BGTC programs are non-refundable.

  2. Event Transfers: If unable to attend, participants may transfer their registration to an equally priced event by notifying us at least 72 hours before the scheduled program start time.

  3. Participant Transfers: Participants may transfer their registration to another person up to 24 hours before the program. Only one transfer per registration is permitted. To complete the transfer, please contact us directly.

  4. Cancellations Within 24 Hours: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the program start time, no credit, transfer, or alternative event option will be available.

Cancellation Policy

While we aim to hold all scheduled programs, there may be occasions when a cancellation is necessary. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Notification: If we need to cancel a program, we will notify participants via the email address provided at registration.

  2. Weather-Related Cancellations: For cancellations due to weather, we will make every effort to notify participants at least two hours before the program start time.

  3. Options in the Event of a Cancellation: If a program is canceled, participants will have the following options:

    • Refund: Receive a full refund.

    • Store Credit/Gift Card: Opt for a store credit or gift card equal to the program’s value.

    • Transfer: Transfer your registration to an equivalent program.
