Find Your Level

  • The Red Ball program is an entry-level instructional class designed for beginners ages 5-7. Players use a modified 36-foot court, a 21 or 23-inch racquet, and foam or red balls to enhance control and ease of play. At this stage, children focus on basic ball manipulation with the racquet, engaging in activities that are self-paced and self-regulated.

  • The Orange Ball program is an entry-level instructional class for beginners ages 8-10. Players will participate in a variety of drills aimed at developing stroke technique and movement skills. The orange ball, with 50% compression compared to a standard yellow ball, offers lower bounce for enhanced control. Players use a 23 or 25-inch racquet on a modified smaller court with a standard-height net.

  • Green ball is an instructional program for ages 11-13, designed to help players transition to a full court. Using a green ball with 75% compression, which offers a slower speed and lower bounce for better control, players will focus on stroke fundamentals, movement, and decision-making. They’ll use a 25-27 inch racquet and engage in a variety of drills that emphasize tactical and technical skills, preparing them for competitive play.

  • The Yellow Ball program is tailored for players ages 14-17, focusing on drills that enhance movement, recovery, and decision-making skills. Participants engage in situational and competitive play, applying their skills in live play scenarios. The program strongly encourages match play to help players develop their competitive edge and improve overall performance on the court.

  • We recommend players bring a tennis racquet, water bottle, and appropriate athletic attire, including non-marking tennis shoes. We will provide racquets if needed.

  • We use pressurized tennis balls in our clinics because they provide a more realistic playing experience, helping players develop the control, consistency, and power needed for match play. These balls react similarly to tournament-grade balls, improving timing, stroke mechanics, and overall skill. Practicing with them prepares players for higher levels of play and ensures a smoother transition to competitive tennis.

  • Each class has a set list of skills that are taught and mastered during the program. Coaches and program managers will check in with families regularly to provide updates on your child's progress. Additionally, you will receive a progress report midway through the program and another at the end, outlining your child’s development and areas of focus moving forward. This ensures open communication and helps you stay informed about their learning journey.
