By registering for a Black Girls Tennis Club (BGTC) tennis program and/or event, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in tennis programs involves physical activity, which may include the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to physical injury or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the program.

• Release of Liability: I, for myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release and hold harmless Black Girls Tennis Club, its staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the program.

• Medical Conditions: I certify that I am physically fit and able to participate in the program, and I have disclosed any medical conditions or special needs that may affect my participation. I agree to seek medical advice prior to participation if I have any concerns about my health or ability to engage in the program.

• Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I authorize BGTC staff to seek emergency medical treatment for me if necessary.

• Photo/Video Permissions: I understand that photos or videos of participants may be taken during BGTC programs and events. I grant BGTC permission to use any photos or videos taken of me for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on BGTC’s website, social media channels, and other marketing materials, without compensation. I waive any rights to review or approve the images prior to their use.
